Rose Gillen is a San Francisco-based baker specializing
in French baked goods. Rose brings old-world dedication to the table by
selecting the finest natural ingredients to produce truly spectacular
desserts. Rose bakes with the best
that the Bay Area has to offer, using local dairy goods from Gilt Edge
creamery and Clover Stornetta, French chocolate and cocoa powder from
Barry Callebaut, and locally-milled
Giusto's flour.
Rose
can provide fruit
tarts or jumbo cookies for boxed corporate lunches, create hand-molded
chocolates for a society luncheon, or bake an unforgetable wedding cake
that serves several hundred guests. Rose has been known to create
amusing children's birthday cakes as well.
